Privacy notice
This notice explains what information is handled when you visit the AMVENIO website or send a project inquiry, why it is used and what choices you have.
Who operates this website
Maslov Alexey operates the AMVENIO website at amvenio.com and is the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this notice.
For privacy requests, email privacy@amvenio.com. For project inquiries, email projects@amvenio.com or contact @alexmslv on Telegram.
Information we collect
When you send an inquiry, we may receive your name, company, email address or Telegram username, project description, project type, budget, preferred timeline and any optional attachment. We also record the language of the form, the time of submission and confirmation that you accepted this notice.
The website may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, including an IP address, browser and device information, referring page, campaign parameters, request time, submission identifiers, anti-spam verification data and security logs. A language preference and an analytics choice may be stored in your browser.
Please provide only information needed to discuss your project. Do not send passwords, payment card details, identity documents, special-category data or confidential material that you are not authorised to share. Attachments are limited to 10 MiB.
Why we use information
We use inquiry information to understand your request, reply to you, assess whether we can help and take steps you request before a possible project agreement. We use technical information to operate the website, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, maintain security and diagnose faults.
Depending on the applicable law, processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, for our legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and securing the website, to comply with a legal obligation, or on the basis of your consent for optional analytics. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages, and we do not sell personal information.
We do not use information from the website to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Who may receive information
Information is accessible to Maslov Alexey and, where necessary, service providers that supply website hosting, database and private file storage, traffic protection, rate limiting, email or messaging delivery, and optional analytics. They receive only the information needed to perform the relevant function and may process it under their own contractual and legal obligations.
Some providers may process information in countries other than the one where you are located. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use the provider's contractual terms and other legally recognised measures available for that transfer.
We may disclose information when required by applicable law, a valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect the website, users or legal rights. We do not publish inquiry contents.
Cookies and optional analytics
The am-locale cookie remembers a language selection for up to one year. The am-analytics-consent cookie remembers an analytics choice for up to 180 days. These small files do not contain the text of your inquiry.
Optional analytics is disabled until you allow it. If enabled, it is used to understand aggregate visits and interactions; form text, contact details and attachments are excluded from custom analytics events. You can withdraw the choice by clearing cookies or site data in your browser, after which analytics will remain off until you make a new choice.
How long we keep information
If an inquiry does not lead to a project, we normally keep the inquiry and its accepted attachments for no longer than 24 months after the last substantive contact. We may delete them earlier when they are no longer useful. Unfinished uploads are scheduled for deletion after 24 hours.
If work begins, relevant correspondence and files may be retained for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for as long as reasonably necessary to meet legal, accounting, security or legal-claim requirements. Technical logs and backup copies are retained according to operational needs and provider schedules, then deleted or overwritten. A legal obligation or active dispute may require longer retention.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may be entitled to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to the data-protection authority available where you live, work or believe a violation occurred.
Send a request to privacy@amvenio.com. We may ask for enough information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and will explain if a request cannot be fulfilled in full.
Security
We use reasonable organisational and technical measures intended to restrict access, protect data in transit and reduce unauthorised disclosure, alteration or loss. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid sending information that is not needed for the inquiry.
Children and external services
This business website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly request personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact privacy@amvenio.com so it can be reviewed and, where appropriate, deleted.
Links may take you to external websites, Telegram or AMVENIO GO. Those services control their own data practices. This notice covers the AMVENIO agency website and its inquiry form; separate services may provide their own privacy information.
Changes to this notice
This notice is effective from 7 September 2026. We may update it when the website, our practices or legal requirements change. The current version and its effective date will be published on this page.
