Website terms
These terms govern access to the AMVENIO informational website and use of its project inquiry form. Any paid project is agreed separately.
Operator and acceptance
These terms apply to the AMVENIO website at amvenio.com, operated by Maslov Alexey. Questions about these terms can be sent to legal@amvenio.com or @alexmslv on Telegram.
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit the form.
Informational purpose and inquiries
The website presents AMVENIO's capabilities, approach, project examples and contact options. Its content is general information and is not professional, legal, financial or other regulated advice.
Sending an inquiry invites a discussion. It does not create a contract, confirm that work has been accepted, reserve capacity, or establish a price, scope, delivery date or guaranteed result. Either party may end preliminary discussions before a separate agreement is made.
Project engagements
If we decide to work together, the applicable proposal, statement of work or other written agreement will define the scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, invoicing, timing, acceptance, confidentiality, intellectual-property rights, support, cancellation and any refund terms.
If a project agreement conflicts with these website terms, the project agreement controls for that engagement. Examples and descriptions on the website do not promise that another project will have the same features, schedule or outcome.
Acceptable use and submissions
Use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt unauthorised access, probe or disrupt its security, overload its infrastructure, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that impairs service, impersonate another person, or use the form for spam or unlawful content.
You must have the right to submit every message and attachment you provide. Do not submit material that infringes another person's rights or contains secrets you are not authorised to disclose. We may reject, remove or block submissions and access when reasonably necessary to protect the website or comply with law.
Website content and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website design, AMVENIO name and brand assets, text, illustrations and original project materials are owned by or licensed to Maslov Alexey and may be protected by intellectual-property law.
You may view the website and share links to its public pages for legitimate evaluation or reference. You may not copy, republish, sell, modify, remove attribution from, or use substantial parts of the website or AMVENIO branding without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits it.
Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, partnership or permission to use them.
External links and separate services
The website may link to third-party platforms and to AMVENIO GO. External destinations are provided for convenience and are governed by their own terms and privacy information. We do not control their availability, content or data practices.
These website terms do not govern products or services provided outside the agency website. Separate terms may apply to those products or services.
Availability and accuracy
We take reasonable care with website content but may update, correct, suspend or remove content and functionality without notice. We do not promise that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
You are responsible for checking that information is suitable for your intended purpose before relying on it. Please report material errors to legal@amvenio.com or projects@amvenio.com.
Responsibility and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Maslov Alexey is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising only from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this informational website, including loss caused by external websites or services outside his control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, remedies or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited, including responsibility for fraud or intentional misconduct. Responsibility for paid project work is governed by the separate project agreement.
Privacy
The Privacy Notice on this website explains how information from visits and inquiries is handled. By submitting the form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have read the notice.
Applicable law and disputes
These terms do not select an exclusive country, governing law or court. Mandatory laws and the authority competent to decide a dispute are determined under the rules that apply to the operator, the user and the circumstances of the dispute.
Before starting formal proceedings, please send a description of the issue to legal@amvenio.com. We will try in good faith to resolve it directly. This informal step does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or using a right that cannot lawfully be restricted.
Changes to these terms
These terms are effective from 7 September 2026. We may update them when the website, services or legal requirements change. The current version and its effective date will be published on this page. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their stated effective date, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
